First of all, look at the cloth. The cloth is divided into new material and recycled material. The color of recycled material will be very dark. The stand and toughness of new material is much better. Non woven fabric is a kind of cloth that is easy to decompose. The storage time of new materials should be longer.
Second, look at the printing, whether the printing color is consistent with your customized, whether the printed pattern is complete and clear, whether there are obvious bubbles, and whether there is deviation in the printing position.
Third, there are two processes: sewing process and hot pressing process. For the bag of sewing process, see whether the needle and thread are neat, whether the inverted needle is inverted in place, if it is not inverted in place, the bag mouth is easy to tear open, whether the edge of the wrapped bag is missing, and whether the excess thread is cut clean. For the bag with hot pressing process, check whether the welding at the bottom and side is firm, whether the bag is in the middle by hand, and whether the printing position is biased
