How PET bottle become to new REPT products?

Bottle collection
First, we will collect all the PET bottles that can be used from RPET fabric production. There are so many bottles from drink container.
Then the bottles will be bundled up then send to sorting factory. There is special machine to assure the right PET bottle will be selected, but the other material container will be pick out.
Color sorting, to assure the fabric been made from the bottle is pure without versicolor, the bottle with colors will be picked out also.
Cut up and washing
After sorting, the bottles will be cutted to little piece by pulverizer. Then been putted in a kind liquid solution to get rid of label and glue, and the impurity. C
Fiber extrusion
After the PET bottle piece been dried, factory will produce them to particle. Heat the particles and stretch them to RPET fiber roll. The roll will be sent to fabric weave factory and been produced to different fabric like nonwoven like, polyester like, and other kinds of recycled PET fabric. These fabrics can be used for cloth, tote bags, tent and many other kinds of products.
